Welcome to North x Northwest! Booking for each month opens at 7:00 pm on the 20th of the month prior (i.e. October booking opens at 7:00 pm on September 20th). Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit 50% of service fee, either paid through invoice or by card on file. No call/no shows will be charged and blocked from making future appts. No refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit 50% of service fee, charged to the card on file. *This includes cancellation due to illness.* If card on file is declined, an invoice will be sent via email and/or text and must be paid immediately. No call/no shows will also forfeit 50% of service fee and will be blocked from making future appts.
