Available appointment times are set as follows: 8:00, 9:15, 10:30, 11:45, 1:30 and 2:45. All appointments are booked out for 1 hrs 15 mins to allow adequate time for both service and sanitation/disinfection before next client. Booking for each month opens at 7:00 pm on the 20th of the month prior (i.e. October booking opens at 7:00 pm on September 20th). *New clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit before first appointment is confirmed. Deposit will go towards service fee as long as appointment is kept. If appointment is cancelled at any time, for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit 100% of service fee, either paid through invoice or by card on file. No call/no shows will also forfeit 100% of service fee and will be blocked from making future appts. No refunds.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit 100% of service fee, charged to the card on file. *This includes cancellation due to illness.* If card on file is declined, an invoice will be sent via email and/or text and must be paid immediately. No call/no shows will also forfeit 100% of service fee and will be blocked from making future appts.
